Primal Toys is a fictional toy company that makes large, high-end, realistic toys for young kids. I loved dinosaurs growing up, so this project quickly grew from a simple concept to a passion project. I wanted everything about the brand from the icons, to the colors, to the patterns to instill energy and excitement. For the logo design process, I was inspired Chip Kidd's design of the Jurassic Park book album and now the now iconic T.Rex silhouette.
